Experienced Landscaper Full Time Opening Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm The Hermitage Homeowners Association located in Bryn Mawr, PA is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and physically agile person to join our horticultural team. Requirements: High School Diploma / GED One year or more experience in ground keeping Some plant knowledge Proficient in using manual and power tools safely (gas shears/chain saw) Ability to follow instructions Physically agile and dexterous (must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.) Valid PA Drivers License (must have clean record) Job Description: Maintain shrubs, small trees and seasonal flower beds around the grounds Fertilize flowers and shrubs Keep grounds clean at all times Any additional work asked of employee from the manager Available to work overtime (snow removal is mandatory and can exceed normal working hours)
