C & H Landscapes is seeking to hire experienced lawncare technicians and lawncare foremans who would be interested in growing with an established company in the Philadelphia / New Jersey area. Our quality work is the benchmark of our company therefore we are interested in hiring individuals who take pride in their work performance, in uniform appearance, workspace, as well as pride in equipment and vehicle upkeep. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Outdoor seasonal conditions. Must be capable of servicing commercial properties which may require standing and walking for long periods consistent with industry standard. Work performed in the Philadelphia area and South Jersey, Shop located in Philadelphia just over the Betsy Ross Bridge. Individuals must have transportation or ability to travel to shop in Philadelphia. DUTIES: Routine lawncare maintenance of grass cutting, weed trimming, backpack blowing, racking, etc.. Property clean ups to include raking of leaves, removal of trash, debris, leaves. Carry out standard maintenance on lawn equipment such as monitoring / adding motor oil, greasing fittings, cleaning filters, and alike. Lawncare Foremans need to have leadership experience and have the ability to communicate with customer management. EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS: Must have experience with operating lawncare equipment including riding and walk behind lawnmowers, brush trimmers, blowers, weed wackers. DRIVERS: Must have a current valid drivers license and acceptable driving record. Must be able to operate pick up trucks and be able to effectively navigate vehicles with a trailer and equiptment towed behind. NO CDL required. INEXPERIENCED APPLICANTS: We will consider providing training to highly motivated applicants with limited lawncare experience or other areas of the landscape industry. PAY: Compensation will be based on work experience. Drivers paid extra. 401K matching, vacation pay, holiday days off, bonus incentives, personal time off, overtime.
