Extremely busy Philadelphia area entrepreneur has an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, intelligent, and focused Personal Assistant for himself and his family. Primary Responsibilities
Arranging contractors for primary residence and vacation home (located in rural Virginia)
Booking cars and hotels
Ordering supplies & electronics
Processing personal documents, forms, & applications
Ordering groceries for vacation home
Scheduling medical appointments for the client
Scheduling personal care for the family (i.e. haircuts)
**Please note this list is not exhaustive and other responsibilities & duties can be added to further free up the client’s schedule**
Job Location
Position is work-from-home or from the client’s home, as required.
Due to the nature of the work, the ideal candidate will live within a 10-15 minute drive of the client’s home.
Out of state travel will be required, typically to the client’s vacation home in rural Virginia.
Skills & Requirements
Prior PA experience preferred
Fluent in English (written and oral) with a preference for professional working proficiency in Spanish
Attention to detail
Discretion and trustworthiness
Flexibility and adaptability
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
Tact, resilience, and diplomacy
Tech savvy
Salary
Pay range is $45,000-$50,000 annually, commensurate with experience
