Apartment Maintenance - All Skill Levels Needed! PAY $15-22 per hr DOE !! Do you have your own remodeling business and are frustrated with the cost of business? Liberty Group offers several levels of Maintenance Positions to fit most/any candidate who doesn’t mind hard work; has a positive and “CAN DO” work attitude and is receptive to learning new processes in Residential Maintenance! The Liberty Group is seeking all skill levels of Apartment Maintenance for openings on both KS and MO sides of the Kansas City metro area! ESSENTIAL JOBS are not seasonal. Liberty Group offers a stepping stone into the a career path which is consistent, steady, in HIGH demand AND all jobs are ESSENTIAL!! And you use skills you have! If you know how to [for example] change out a toilet; if you can perform janitorial duties; you can install a light fixture or ceiling fan; if you can trouble shoot HVAC…. We need you! The positions in maintenance can include: • Grounds Keepers – Fantastic entry level opportunity while enjoying working outdoors; working on property beautification efforts. Snow removal and other off-hours project work can be required. • Make Ready Technicians – Prepare recently vacated apartments for re-lease via knowledge of residential repair/remodeling. Snow removal and other off-hours project work can be required. • Maintenance Technicians – Are responsible for emergency/unscheduled repairs to apartment homes and community property during business and off-hours. Positions require knowledge of building maintenance - residential electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, swimming pool maintenance. HVAC trouble-shooting experience is preferred, but not necessarily required. Snow removal and on-call duties may apply. Maintenance Technicians and Make Ready Technicians will also be required to have their own tools. Hiring screens will be conducted.
