Small Construction company in need of a part time (as needed) carpenter. We build high end custom homes in and around Pawleys Island (DeBordieu) and though we sub everything, there are things that fall outside their scope of work - like outdoor showers, AC enclosures, Screen porch enclosures, etc etc. I need someone I can rely on with decent skills who has their own transportation and a valid drivers license. We have several ongoing projects and I don't have time to deal with a bunch of BS or someone clearly addicted to anything other than hard work. The last person we had was able to move from part time to full time as our work load increased. If you live outside of a reasonable distance from Pawleys Island, then save us both the time - it will not work.
