Learn more about what it's like working for HomeSpec here: __________________________________________ We are looking for installers, crew leader trainees, and foremen to install basement waterproofing and foundation repair products. We are willing to train. We are looking for someone who can learn and grow with the company, so there's room to advance with this position. Installer Benefits: -Support and training from our installation department -The chance to learn and progress to a crew leader/ foreman -An excellent opportunity to learn a trade and establish yourself in a career that can provide a good, long-term living -$14-$18 / hr. starting pay (with bonus structures and opportunity for increase) and time and a half for overtime -Benefits available, such as health insurance, vision and dental; life and disability insurance, etc. (waiting period applies) Installer Responsibilities: -Be part of a 3-4 person crew, installing drainage systems, doing foundation repair; working in crawl spaces and basements -Work Monday through Friday, typically 8-10 hours per day -Work with power tools -Drive or ride to job sites in company vehicles Installer Requirements: -For crew leaders/foremen: must be clean cut, dependable, good with talking to customers and management, and able to manage 2-3 other installers -Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. -Able to solve problems and overcome obstacles -*All applicants must have a valid driver’s license* (chauffer’s license is not required, but could provide higher pay scale) -Prior experience not required _____________________________________ If you would like to apply, please call Brian at 734-576-2187 to schedule a time to come in between 8am and 5pm.
