need small.space to build Benches planter Boxes tables. i do a build to order.for extra.$ ' 10 × ' 12. space would do also would need power i keep every thing neet and clean its just me. on acastion my grand son will come hang out with me for a day.can pay for space but not a lot also what evee power bill would for sure pay for what i use
