** This is not a cash job (NO EXCEPTIONS) - all of our employees are W2 and put on payroll** We are searching for a highly-skilled, diligent Cleaning Technician who takes pride in their work. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the household and/or commercial buildings. Your responsibilities will include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces. To be successful as a Cleaning Technician, you should have great stamina, a positive attitude, and dedication to excellence. Top-notch candidates should display strength, efficiency, and respect for the home and its inhabitants. Cleaning Technician Requirements: Must be 18 or older Must be able to pass a background check Must have a smartphone Valid NJ License is required Reliable transportation needed Ability to understand verbal and written instructions Ability to stand, sit, and squat for long periods Polite disposition Ability to maintain a positive attitude Cleaning Technician Responsibilities: Commuting to 2-3 cleans per day in NJ You will use your smartphone to clock in and out of jobs and take verification photos Responding to homeowners' inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Informing upper management of any accidents that may occur during the course of cleaning. Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks. Scrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances. Dusting ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs. Spot cleaning Vacuuming and mopping all types of flooring. Performing interior window cleanings. Vacuuming carpets and floors. To keep all our cleaners safe we provide shoe covers, gloves and masks as well as all cleaning equipment.
