Exclusive Properties has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time year-round position. We are a small residential property management company that specializes in luxury properties on Isle of Palms. We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, and experienced handyman. Duties will include (but are not limited to): painting, carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, sheetrock repairs, window repairs, locks and door, pressure washing, hanging pictures, etc. Job Requirements: -Reliable with reliable transportation -The ability to diagnose and repair issues and come up with possible solutions -The ability to work independently or as a team -Deliver superior customer service and represent the company in a professional manner, to both home owners and guests -Provide a detailed description of the work performed on each day, accounting for time and materials used. -Maintain and safeguard all company tools and equipment -Have necessary hand tools to perform standard handyman tasks effectively -Pool experience is a plus! -Live close to Isle of Palms - you will be on-call for one week out of the month -Saturdays are required during the summer Pay is $20.00 per hour or depending on experience.
