As Marina Dock Hand, your role is to assist customer’s with launch, retrieval, boat rental and dock experiences and ensure that the yard is kept pleasant and clean.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and operate heavy equipment
Assemble and disassemble docks for installation and removal
Assist with various facility maintenance duties such as dock repair, landscaping, mowing, trimming debris removal, etc.
Perform daily inspection of docks
Assist with fueling and launching of customer boats
Provide loading and unloading services for freight shipments, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned by managment
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver’s license
MUST BE RELIABLE
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Good communication skills
Commitment to excellent customer service
Must enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced changing environment
Work with honesty and integrity
