Description

We are currently looking for a Part-time Residential Groundskeeper/Gardener/Landscaper in the Longwood area (Markham Woods Rd), this is not a commercial business, it is a large private home. Duties and responsibilities can include: i.e. installing, pruning, trimming, weeding, planting, fertilizing, pest control, mulching, shoveling, raking, yard clean up, irrigation repairs, operating and maintaining tools, pressure washing, garage organization, obtaining supplies (* NO mowing & edging). Further responsibilities can be discussed. Ability to handle light exterior handyman duties if needed is a plus. Prefer someone with basic knowledge of organic & sustainable practices, working with plants and trees (fruit trees, vegetables, herbs and ornamental) in Zone 9. Part-time (15 - 20 hours), option for more hrs with handyman knowledge Own Transportation is an absolute must. Previous experience OR university studies a must Experience and Interview is required for consideration. Great for a retired person or extra income.
