Looking for a motivated, honest and reliable house cleaner for a newly renovated home. -$15/hr, w2 or 1099 options. -8 hours weekly with flexible scheduling. -all cleaning supplies, tools and protective equipment will be provided. - mix of routine house keeping and detailed cleaning projects. -must be physically active and able to lift up to 40 pounds, bend over frequently and routinely climb stairs (3 story house). -indoor cat/dog present. -security video monitoring in use. -must be sober and agreeable to random substance testing.
