A weekly social group for kids and families is here...a Hoop Jam! Join us on Sundays starting 4/18/21. Hula hooping is a great way to connect with others, to learn fun new tricks, to stay active, all together while naturally social distancing. Starting 4/18, we're meeting every Sunny (well, non-rainy) Sunday, from 1pm-3:30pm at the Downtown Bellevue Park. Groups are run by dance/movement therapist Nadia Rachel, LMHC and guests from the Seattle Flow Arts Collective. Parents, it's recommended that your child attend according to their age group, so they get the most out of the social aspect. Here they are: 1-1:30pm (ages 3.5-6), 1:45-2:30pm (ages 7-12), and 2:45-3:30pm (ages 13+). Please RSVP your attendance here! Don't have a hoop yet?
