$1000 sign on bonus after 90days of perfect attendance and good job performance. Were looking for individuals who enjoy doing new things, working outdoors and interested in learning the skills to start their own company one day. Some experience is necessary to determine pay. We can train you as long as your a hard worker and willing to learn at a lower starting rate and discounted bonus. Duties include using a weed eater, a riding mowing, backpack blower and other lawn maintenance equipment. Driving company vehicle to various locations. Qualification: 1. Drivers license and own vehicle to get to work. 2. Perform lawn maintenance duties and able to be on time every day. 3. Able to lift 50lbs. 4. Can take orders and pay attention to details.
