Ryanna Laundromat has an immediate opening for a part-time Laundromat Attendant. SHIFT: Part-time (16 hours) | Saturday and Sunday 7 AM to 3 PM LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED A Bilingual candidate is a plus! -English and Spanish (preferred) -English and Creole (Preferred) APPLICANTS MUST APPLY IN PERSON On-Site-Interviews Held: (MONDAY Thru SATURDAY 10 AM TO 1 PM) 4514 Avenue D Brooklyn, NY 11203 RESPONSIBILITIES: -The Attendant is responsible for sorting, washing, and folding clothes. (80% of the time) -Maintain cleanliness of store and machines (10% of the time) -Assist self-service laundry customers as needed with machines/ washer dryer issues. (10% of the time) REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must be mature, reliable, and punctual with a friendly demeanor -Ability to multitask -Wash, dry, and fold 150 to 200 pounds per shift -Have experience washing and folding clothes -Be able to fold the same size -Be able to lift laundry bags (average 25 pounds) -Must be able to be on feet for 8 hours -Must be flexible to cover different shifts As part of the interview process, applicants are expected to fold a small load of clothing.
