Learn and Get Certified in Episemantic Theory (ESI)
Episemantic Theory (ESI) in the theory of human intelligence that synthesizes cutting edge research in memory, neuroscience, and evolutionary biology using an indexical, abstract, topological model, one that is based on the metaphor of a hidden wayfinding compass that develops throughout the human lifespan. Dr. Conroy's post-doc research elicited from participants a common mental model hidden in the subconscious using the Draw Aloud Protocol. This model is the key cognitive artifact responsible for the decisions made by humans to survive and improve fitness during the lifespan. This theory was first suggested in Dr. Conroy's dissertation and his subsequent attainment of his PhD from Virginia Tech in 2015. The ESI Workshop is a three day event (Friday Evening, Saturday, and Sunday Morning) that certifies participants in the knowledge, skills, and abilities of ESI.
