Mid size management company seeks qualified people for 2 positions 1) Handyman. Responsibilities person to make sure repair of apartments is priority. Leaks repaired, carpentry, Sheetrock, floor and wall repairs, cleaning and Maintenace as well as apartment turn overs. Must have all power tools, reliable van or truck and available to work on call as necessary. 2) landscaping and hallway cleaning. Curb appeal, mow lawns, change bulbs, clean hallways and exterior of properties. Other similar duties as assigned.
