Oregon,Columbia Gorge, spare room in trade for painter, sculptor collaboration. I want more pieces representative of local scenery. Experimental farm growing no till crops. On the rail line not too quiet here. Private beach. Water falls you can walk to and paint. Spare room. Tea house. Animals. Pups kittens now. I trade for a house keeper and an electrician but art comes first. Harvest starts in I guess august for apples and pears. Home repairs ongoing too. In the past I tried to trade studios. Too busy now.
