Celebrate Valentines with us while also helping to end hunger at our 5th annual 'Taste the Love' Valentines Dinner and Fundraiser. Celebrate Valentines with us while also helping to end hunger in our community at our 5th annual 'Taste the Love' Valentines Dinner and Fundraiser.   All sales benefit Taste Project and the operation of Taste Community Restaurant.  Taste Project is a 501(c)3 non-profit established to feed, educate, and serve our community so they may "...taste and see the Lord is good."  Psalm 34:8.  Learn more about our mission and vision at www.tasteproject.org.   Check out last year's menu: Valentine's Dinner for TwoSquash and Arugula Salad Roasted Delicata squash, Arugula, Burrata, toasted Hazelnuts with aged Balsamic vinegar. Saffron Risotto Carnaroli rice cooked in vegetable broth with saffron and Parmesan cheese. Topped with pea tendrils and extra virgin olive oil. Scallops Seared sea scallops with Blood orange gastrique and topped with citrus gremolata. Lamb Chops Scottaditto Lamb chops marinated in rosemary, thyme and garlic. Served with sautéed broccoli rabe and warm fregola salad with sundried tomatoes, capers, olives and herbs. Torta Cioccolato Flourless chocolate cake, whipped strawberry mousse, pistachio brittle, and macerated strawberries. This event is BYOB. Reservations available between 6:00pm and 6:30pm.  Tickets are $300 per couple.  Tickets must be purchased in advance.
