Centennial Distributing is a beer distribution facility located in Hayden Idaho. We are currently looking for a part-time delivery driver helper. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker, who arrives on time, and who is willing to learn and grow with the company. The Delivery Driver Helper works in a supporting role to the Delivery Driver. They ride along in the truck or meet the Driver at the store to help merchandise and unload the product. Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to): • Assist Delivery Driver on assigned route, delivering and merchandising company's products in a safe, timely and professional manner • Ride with drivers or follow in separate vehicle as outlined by supervisor • Assist with stocking product on the shelf or back-stock area per accounts needs • Rotate all product according to company standards • Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you meet throughout your job • Provide excellent customer service to all assigned accounts • Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned Physical Demands and Work Environment: • Be willing and able to lift, push, pull, or move product weighing more than 40+ pounds. When moving kegs or a hand truck full of beer, the weight increases to 165+ pounds. • You will work in all weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors. Skills: • Be friendly and professional when working with coworkers and customers • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to learn and show up on time • Effective organizational and time management skills Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • Must have a driver’s license • Must have a good driving record, with no SR22 Insurance • Ability to pass Company pre-employment drug screen
