Willamette Park near Dog park, Portland OR

Description

Found a good sized set of keys, right by the parking lot, closest to the fenced off dog park. They are on an Oregon Lottery lanyard, with 2 very specific items, from another state. Also, there is an old MUV gym tag with bar code, from the defunct Happy Valley location. Tell me what the 2 out of state items are, and their color, and I’ll give them back.
