Furniture Refinishing Space

I am seeking a small area ( approximately 10x15 feet ) to experiment more with my hobby of refinishing furniture. I would use the space to do my work and store my supplies when I am not there. Although the process can be messy at times, I will keep the space tidy when not in use. The activity sometimes involves stripping off old paint so good ventilation would be important. With that in mind a few ideas that I’ve had include; an un-used garage bay, a open-air covered roof like a carport, part of an old barn that isn’t being used. I would love to hear of any spaces or creative solutions that people might be willing to share. Thank you in advance for your feedback.
