Join us for in-person worship indoors! We will have chairs spread out and in accordance with NC standards masks are required. We are SO excited to come back to campus for worship! Remember, we will continue to have 8:30am Outdoor Worship (no reservations needed, bring your chair!) and 9:30am LiveStream Worship at www.asburyraleigh.org/live. Traditional worship is recorded and uploaded to YouTube on Sunday afternoons. If you're ready to worship on campus, indoors, Here’s a few things you need to know before completing your registration. BE PATIENT We may need to adjust our on campus worship plans as our conference and government recommendations shift. Any changes will be communicated through our website, Facebook and EventBrite after tickets are reserved. This is ever-changing for all of us (staff, volunteers, and you!), we thank you for your patience as we figure these steps out (and we're happy to have additional hospitality volunteers if you're willing to serve). GET CHECKED-IN Doors will open 15 minutes before worship. Please allow 5-10 minutes for check in and seating. You do NOT have to print your tickets, we’ll have a list of those that registered at the check-in table. HELP US KEEP EVERYONE SAFE In order to return to worship, we have to do things differently than before. Some of these things may be inconvenient and/or different than what we're used to. One example is reading this and reserving a seat!! We know that coming together to worship God as the Body of Christ in the flesh is worth our work in making precautions. Therefore, by reserving tickets in this system, you promise and agree: To adhere to social distancing of 6 feet or more between family unitsTo wear a mask when speaking or interacting with others To wear a mask when indoors at all times.That neither you nor your family have been experiencing illness or have been exposed to anyone known to have COVID19To follow the directions of the ushers in regards to seating locationsTo abide with insurance protocols listed below:To abide with insurance protocols, please agree to the following: I acknowledge that participation in the activity described involves risk to the participant (and their guests), and may result in various types of injury including, but not limited to, the following: sickness, exposure to infectious/communicable disease, bodily injury, death, emotional injury, personal injury, property damage, and financial damage. In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the activity described above, the participant acknowledges and accepts the risks of injury associated with participation. The participant accepts personal financial responsibility for any injury or other loss sustained during the activity, as well as for any medical treatment rendered to the participant that is authorized by Asbury Church or its agents, employees, volunteers, or any other representatives. Further, the participant releases and promises to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Asbury Church for any injury arising directly or indirectly out of the described activity, whether such injury arises out of the negligence of Asbury Church, the participant, or otherwise. If a dispute over this agreement or any claim for damages arises, the participant agrees to resolve the matter through a mutually acceptable alternative dispute resolution process. If the participant and Asbury Church cannot agree upon such a process, the dispute will be submitted to a three-member arbitration panel for resolution in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
