Hello! My grandma has a small chihuahua, but he’s getting older and has seizures, this is her support dog. My family wants to surprise her with a puppy to get her ready to let him go when his time comes. She wants another small/medium puppy. We can’t afford much, but happiness shouldn’t cost a cent.
