up2habitable, llc is seeking construction laborer with drywall and paint experience. Personal Qualities Prompt and dependable Detail oriented Able to accept direction, learn, and adhere to company processes and quality standards Ability to work well independently after direction has been given Strong work ethic, takes pride in quality workmanship Understands the importance of deadlines, able to prioritize and get work done on time Responsibilities Perform heavy physical labor Participates in demolitions Check materials for adequate prep work Clean and maintain spray guns, other tools and equipment after use Adhere to all safety, material handling and quality procedures Perform additional tasks as assigned by Project Manager Requirements Must have current Driver's License and reliable transportation Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in residential construction Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades Must have a smart phone and access to internet No issues with heavy lifting, standing or kneeling for extended periods of time Pass background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends Experience: Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
