This shamanic snuff is safe, and legal. Rapé is administered via nasal insufflation. It is used for clearing the energetic body, healing the physical body, calming the mental body, and bringing flow to the emotional body. Not only are you receiving "a plant," but you are also taking the spirit of the plant into your body - communing with it. In order to receive the plants and their spirits on a deeper and more impactful level, it is best to do so with clean bodies - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Take a few days to cleanse yourself out by only consuming and taking in things, foods, people, places, and experiences that are nutritional, beneficial, and high-vibrational for you. Eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables (I even recommend going completely raw, even just for 48 hours). Drink more water than normal. Stay home instead of going to the party.
