Am needing someone with lots of integrity who is an EXPERIENCED (e.g., more than five years) handyman/remodeler with the necessary tools. This is not a position for all of you hard-working individuals who do odd jobs but dont have five years experience. I sometimes get contacted by people needing work done. I cannot guarantee any amount of work. I will give you their contact info., and you 'take it from there' - providing them with a free quote, etc. If and when you complete the job, you will forward to me 15% of what you charged them. Reply back please with 1) what integrity means to you 2) whether you are licensed, bonded, or insured 3) your skill sets: please include in your reply which of the following you have experience with and are good at, and feel free to add other skills: Interior: New additions, handyman repairs, framing, concrete, drywall, painting, carpentry/woodwork, decks, doors, fences, retaining walls, tiling, flooring (wood, laminate), appliance (dishwasher, stove, water heater, toilet, sink, faucets) installation, and house cleaning.
