Upon completion of the training course, facilitators will be prepared to help family members who have a loved one struggling with addiction
The three day facilitator training prepares people to organize family support groups at their agency or in their community using the evidence-based Community Reinforcement and Family Training model.
The training will walk facilitators through the 12 chapters of “Get Your Loved One Sober – Alternatives to Nagging, Pleading and Threatening”, by author Robert J. Meyers, Ph.D. and Brenda L. Wolfe, Ph.D.
Upon completion of the training course, facilitators will be prepared to help family members learn skills to improve personal self-care, communication and their relationship with a loved one by using the principles and skills taught with the evidenced-based CRAFT Model.
Whether it’s your spouse, teenager, adult child, or a close friend. By applying the CRAFT model you’ll learn how to better understand substance use, co-dependency, and setting healthy boundaries.
CRAFT is an evidence based family support format designed to help those of us who love someone struggling with substances or addiction learn skills and techniques to better manage our lives, improve personal self-care and communication.
This free 3 day* (18 hour) training prepares you to facilitate your own CRAFT modeled support group with training, support and materials.
*Registration and Attendance all three days are required for certification.
