Description
Looking for individuals to complete tasks at end of projects and to prep properties for sale and occupancy. Tasks include installation of door hardware, bath hardware, blinds, ceiling fans, cabinet hardware and kitchen and bath fixtures. Also includes minor drywall repairs and paint touch up. Minor residential repairs may also be part of job responsibilities. Must be self directed, motivated and be able to work with other team members to complete tasks as needed.
Must Have:
- Reliable transportation
- Cell phone
- Clean driving record
- Tools to complete the work
- 2 years experience in general repairs and maintenance
- Pass background check
- Good attitude a must
