True. When I first began posting here I thought San Franciso (a very liberal city) politics would be a great place to discuss liberal politics as I had always been a fan of such San Francisco ideas like Pacifica Radio and hippies, or rather, their ideas on freedom and such....all ideas...something to think about. Well, we all know what happened when I posted my first "liberal post", and it wasn't a flagging, but a flogging. OK, trumpism is here, on a discussion platform in San Francisco, and the only purpose it seems is to trash any thought ( of course they're all liberal thoughts, which of course they most likely would be in a liberal city such as San Francisco) that does not meet the ideals of the trump conservative. I really doubt that the true Republican Conservative would attack any "radical idea" so vehemently as the true trumper will as witnessed by the likes of the former John McCain, George W. Bush, and Mitt Romney. So with that in mind, I press on, so to speak, and post in war or peace, because I will not give up my right and freedom to express my rights and freedoms here on CL, where the wacky right waits like a tired old alligator in a murky, algae covered swamp, for that moment to snap at anything that's snappable, including my ridiculous posts, that, like you mentioned, aren't really worth a hill of beans in the totality of the universe. Or, maybe I'll just take a walk around the block...after all, it's a beautiful day and it is extremely wonderful to be alive, even with the pain of living. (and trumpers)
