i recently, purchased a shih tuz from this person claiming they had one for 350. someone named Cindy White talked me through this, took a day for her to get back to me where she claimed, her and her husband had to decide if they would choose me. She very nicely kept a good text going, about how she doesnt live in SF, how she would use a reliable carrier to ship the puppy for an extra 90$, when the “puppy” got to this “reliable” carrier, they requested a “refundable” fee of 750$!, then they claim they shipped the puppy late, and then 5 hours later they said they needed 1050$!!! i go back and forth and tpically she stops responding!!!!
