$200 Space in Shared Music Practice Studio

Looking for a couple reliable musicians/artists to rent space in a shared music studio in the Balboa Park area in SF starting May 1st. Room is located in a clean studio building with good security, 24-hour access, small but dedicated parking, bathrooms, and good location for public transport. You will be renting a space big enough for a drumset within the room. The room is large enough to comfortably fit 5-6 drumsets, and will be shared with 4 others through a shared google calendar. All instruments welcome. This is a great room for practicing without distractions or worry of noise complaints at any time of day. Those interested must be responsible with paying rent on time, keeping the room clean, and respecting the calendar signup times. I will ask for personal references. Please respond with a little about yourself and what you are looking for in renting the space. Renting will be month-to-month. Photo is not super recent, but shows the size of the room (most of the equipment shown will be leaving before May).
