We are looking for an energetic, determined, engaging individual to join our home services business. This is a full-time (Tuesday-Saturday 8:30-4:30) year-round position with significant time off opportunities if desired. Our techs average over $50k/year including performance bonuses. A company truck and company phone are also provided, as well as health benefits, Paid Time Off, and sick days. Most of our jobs are in West Seattle, but we also service Capitol Hill, Mercer Island, Bellevue, and surrounding areas. Job duties include window cleaning and pressure washing, as well as roof and gutter cleaning. Duties vary throughout the year and no day is the same. If you can’t imagine yourself at a desk, then this job is for you! You must be an athletic and strong individual. Navigating roofs and lifting heavy loads are a daily part of life in this job. You must also be completely unafraid of heights. Experience with ropes and safety protocols is a plus. You must be engaging and personable day in and day out. We also require applicants to have experience doing hard physical work (athletics may count, specifically balance sports such as climbing). You also must have educational and/or relevant work history with a solid track record of communication skills as well as excellent references. Of course, a clean driving and criminal record is also required. We prefer to hire good people without experience in the field (so we can train them our way), but if you have experience by all means apply.
