Description
Signers (siggy the iggy) needs a new home. He is a 7 yo Axanthic green iguana who is about 3 feet long head to tail (only because he has half a tail, which he lost 5 years ago). His SVL is around 40 cm. He currently lives in a custom built inclosure, which I am willing to give up as well if the adopter is in the Seattle Area, that is 7.5' x 4' x 6'. His diet consists of staple greens (collard, rainbow chard, Belgian endive, watercress, clover and alfalfa sprouts, and dandelion greens), staple vegetables (yellow squash, zucchini, spaghetti squash, carrot, celery greens and stems, fennel greens and stems, butternut squash, acorn squash, peas, and lima beans), fruit (given once a week with calcium supplement including blueberries, raspberries, papaya, mango, and bell pepper), and other vegetables/greens on occasion. I would prefer the adopter have experience with handling larger reptiles especially since Iguanas are large and can be temperamental at times, especially males. He also receives a daily bath to help maintain his shedding and skin. I have an adoption fee of $25, but you will also receive his blankets, heat lamps (not the UVB bulb though), carrying container, vet records, and if you are close enough, the enclosure as well. I will respond to all emails and will likely ask some questions in addition to requesting a call if I think you may be a good fit for my lizard. Thank you for your interest!
