Moving help, today- cleaning and hauling

I’m moving today and need to hire someone to do move out cleaning as well as hauling junk/trash from the home. Both would need to arrive at 6pm in the university area Cleaning. 2000 sf home. 4 br, 3 ba. Vacuuming and mopping of floors, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and light base board cleaning. 6:30 pm Hauling. I have random items that needs to be hauled off from the garage. All should be able to fit on a pickup truck. 1 man job.
