Im in need of an estimate for two project we have. We need a License Electrician on two projects. One is in Lincolnton and the other is in Stanley. I will not be pulling permits on the Stanley property but will need a permit for HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing in Lincolnton. Please do not contract me if you are not license. Lincolnton will need a new HVAC System And Ductwork. Will need one bathroom completely plumbed, laundry and a kitchen completely plumbed. Electrical panel has been updated but most of the house will need to be replaced. Stanley House will need a few GFI'S and some electrical work. Needs two bathrooms plumbed, kitchen and laundry. Has some PVC drain lines already. I need these jobs done asap so if you are not available within the next week or two please do not reach out.
