Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 04/23/2021 #211131113 Preliminary Information: On 4/23/21, around, 3:21 pm, officers responded to Lenox Rd NE and GA 400 NB Expressway in reference to a person struck by a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers located a 16-year-old male who was struck. He was alert, conscious and breathing with complaints of arm and leg pain. He was transported to Egleston Hospital for treatment. The driver involved remained on scene and will not be cited at this time. The minor was found at fault for causing the collision. He was cited and officers notified DFACS of the incident.
