Do you have renovation skills and are you looking to make money? We are family-oriented and easy to work with, provide steady jobs and immediate pay. We are experienced investors and have multiple renovations currently in progress. We are looking for skilled, reliable subcontractors with their own transportation and tools who are able to: * Repair Exterior Shed * Replace Front Porch Posts and Railings * Replace Mailbox We are estimating 1 man for 1-2 days, and are paying $300 for LABOR ONLY. We will provide all materials (they are on-site now) and all you need to provide is your own tools and equipment to do a professional, quality job -- AND BE ABLE TO START SOON.
