Please don't bother reading this if you don't * REALLY * read My complete ad...or don't actually have a rental that meets My needs and requirements which are in My ad...serious replies only. I am physically and medically disabled...after 32 years as an independent Care-giver before I became disabled... My disabilities limit Me some...but I can still take care of Myself and My home...with some assistance from My PCAs of course. I also have 2 Service Cats Who are almost 9 years old...and I've had Them since They were 3-4 weeks old...They've had extensive training...We are a package deal. They are very clean and exceptionally well behaved...I can supply references regarding Them...I am a Great tenant...I always pay My rent...it's ALWAYS My first priority...what I need is a Guesthouse...Studio type with a kitchen...full size stove and Frig...I'm also looking for * LONG TERM * If Utilities and internet are included...and there is a laundry room I can use...I can pay up to $550. If just utilities and Laundry are included...I can only pay up to $500. I am a very quiet person...very clean...take great care of My homes...I am looking for a good and honest landlord to rent from with rentals that you feel would work for Me...please respond with Your phone number so We can speak directly Thanks for reading My ad.
