Upright Fence is seeking to build a motivated crew on the values of mutual respect, workplace professionalism, and efficiency. We seek the satisfaction of our customer, and the well-being of our team members. This job is multi-site and offers loads of new experiences as we range from commercial to residential services. For these reasons, we value flexibility and reliability.      A typical day would require you to meet at the respective job site on time and ready to go. From there you may participate in a variety of tasks including but not limited to:  Work with a crew to build high quality residential and commercial fence projects (wood, chain-link, composite, vinyl and aluminum) Load and unload materials Digging post holes manually or with an auger Using hand/power tools for various tasks in the installation of fence  Interact with customers or clients with professionalism and kindness. Please note: this is a 1099 position and will require applicants to be responsible for withholding their own taxes. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements. Must a have valid driver's license. Reliable transportation is mandatory Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to pass drug test. Must be able to lift/carry 80 pounds General experience with power tools Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
