We are an LLC that provides penology-related consultation services. We are looking for someone with a personal history of incarceration to provide informational services on an as-needed basis. This is a rare instance where a criminal background is an asset in a job search instead of a liability. Qualifications and Skills * Will have a personal history of incarceration in a local jail facility, in a prison or both. A total duration of incarceration is preferably at least 1 year, but duration is not required. * Will be able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times. * Will be able to submit to and pass random drug screenings. * Will be able to travel throughout Southern California. * Some college preferred, but not required. * Is comfortable communicating with, and able to communicate with, individuals who are highly educated. * Will be able to participate in presentations to clients and management concerning experiences and knowledge.
