Fry Contracting Services - seeks reliable, responsible, and detail oriented individuals. We are a growing home improvement, maintenance, and repair company looking to add to our team. The ideal candidate has many skills and can perform all sorts of home maintenance projects. Most of our work ranges from two hours to two days and consists of typical handyman work to more involved projects. We cater to our customers and occasionally will schedule an evening or weekend appointment to meet their needs. Our services include basic handyman services, custom deck building, bathrooms, kitchens, basement and whole house remodeling, light electrical and plumbing, pressure washing, gutter installation & cleaning, window and door replacement, as well as interior and exterior painting services in Residential or Commercial buildings. Specific qualifications for the role include: 5-10 years of paid experience Ability to work at height on ladders and rooftops Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades Own truck or van Current and valid driver’s license Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong documentation skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Have and able to use a smart phone for navigation and documentation This is a 1099 position. As the company grows, the opportunity for a W2 position will be available. Pay is based on experience. Starting pay is $15 - $20 per hour.
