If this passes Texas will be the 21st State to restore your 2nd Amendment rights. 2nd Amendment of the Constitution of the United States: A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. From the Texas State Constitution: Every citizen shall have the right to keep and bear arms in a lawful defense of himself or their state.
