Seeking Handyman for ongoing work

I am seeking a Handyman for ongoing work on rental properties. Looking for someone available during weekdays. (You can work weekends in addition if you want) Here are a few of the things I am looking for. Clean cut, with a professional attitude, and reliable. Show up when you are supposed to show up. Must have their own, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license (Preferably a truck so you can pick up supplies) Must have most of their own tools (Not supplies, as I provide those) (Some projects I understand you won't have the tools, and I will provide) Pays attention to detail, and does jobs right, checks their work, etc. Knowledgeable about basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc (Handyman stuff)
