ATTENTION HANDYPERSONS AND MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONALS: Looking for a reliable handyperson to take care rental properties in and around Cleveland Ideal candidate will have experience taking care of rental properties in the past but will consider others Must have own tools and a work truck/van You will be paid as a contractor There is regular work and enough to keep the right person busy full-time If interested please send an email or text with: Where you currently live What experience you have with landlords and rental properties What your expected labor rate is (per hour and per day) What types of work you can and can't do Please include your email and phone number as well This is a great opportunity for steady and stable work. Work includes but is not limited to work orders, drywall repair, trash out, light plumbing, light electrical, general maintenance, painting and turning vacant units. Projects include reattaching gutters, fence repairs, Experience is required. You must be a self starter. You must be able to troubleshoot some tasks on the job site. Pay is based on experience ($15-20/hr) + mileage reimbursement, pay increases and bonuses based on performance. This is a 1099 position. All materials needed for jobs will be provided. You must have your own tools, and transportation, and references.
