My name is Terry I am 50 yo We have 2 indoor cats Will need some one to start early to mid June Want to interview ASAP and have background check and references out of the way I am a planner and I hope you are also I am not looking to babysit anyone COVID 19 test will be required if hired If you have taken the vaccine please advise me You are not required to take the vaccine house 4/3 w/d in unit no smoking - not even outdoor smokers parking - yes private bath - no private room - yes Month to month basis Looking for someone to help around the house for room and board. Housekeeping and some yard work possible. We can discuss further. Driver, personal assistant (shopping / decorating) and ect. No scammers, you will be spotted from miles away. You are welcome to have an outside job. As long as you are doing what needs to be done in the home. I would say 10 to 20 hours per week. Not to exceed 80 hours per month. Anything over 80 hours we will discuss pay. You are responsible for your meals, I do not provide meals. Room and board and utilities, Wifi and cable included. Background check will be done. References required. You are welcome to have an outside job. Send resume along with 2 with pictures. Willing to negotiate every other week pay for the right person. Single parents are welcome to apply, only if your child is well behave. Must have a valid driver s license and proof of car insurance if you own a car. No drug users including marijuana. Need to be able to pay close attention to details. Self starter. Must have good personal hygiene as there are projects that will require us to work in close proximity.
