Job Opportunity: Year Around Cleaning Person Job Requirements: Reliable, Good Attitude, Fast Learner, Self Starter, works well with a team or alone Employee Choice of part time job schedule: Monday- Wednesday - Friday 8 hour Shift each day with a total of 24 hours weekly OR Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 5 hour Shift each day with a total of 25 hours weekly - Must be able to start at 7 am or earlier - Must be able to communicate with clients when needed - Must have own transportation - Must have valid drivers license and automobile insurance Duties include: cleaning of offices, lobbies, clubhouse, gatehouses, restrooms, fitness centers, BBQ, laundry area, washing down pool decks and pool furniture, empty recyclables and trash, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and other general cleaning duties. This job is physically demanding and some of the daily work is performed outside in the desert heat and sun. The job requires employee to drive to different locations in a day to perform cleaning. A small truck is recommended but not required. Job requires employee to carry a 100 foot water hose. This job requires employee to bend, turn, and stand on feet during long periods of time.
