WHITE AND BLACK 8 years old cat is missing! One blue and one green eye

My cat named IZZY has been missing for a month now. He was last since on March 23rd near S 30th St and Chandler Blvd. He is 8 years old and is a white and black with very distinctive green and blue eyes! He is a chunky cat. He has a collar and a pink heart tag with his name and my number on it! He’s very timid and cautious but sweet cat so he may been hiding out in someone’s backyard. We recently just moved to this area a year ago and he just started going outside in our backyard just before he went missing. He’s not use to this area so he got lost. If anyone has seen him please respond to this post!! His family miss him so much!!
