TEAM ELITE Domino's franchise organization is growing and in need of MANAGERS-in-TRAINING, PIZZA MAKERS and DELIVERY DRIVERS for our WORCESTER and HOLDEN locations. We offer a great flexible schedule that offers the hours you're looking for. That means you're free when you need to be. Management positions oversee the day-to-day operations and those duties include: recruiting, training, managing store employees, creating a fun and professional work environment, providing high quality products, and customer service. You must be able to meet and exceed performance goals, control food and labor costs, ensure that health and safety standards are upheld at all times, and work with Management to maximize productivity and increase store profitability. Minimum of 1-year management experience in the restaurant industry (Domino's preferred). Driving for Domino's is fun, with cash tips earned daily, mileage reimbursed daily, and a bi-weekly paycheck. Delivery drivers earn up to $20+ per hour! You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. You must meet company standards, as well as have access to an insured vehicle, which can be used for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery areas, and be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
