If people thought that, where would they go, to another country using it as a ploy too? Last year the CDC said after Two Hundred Thousand covid deaths were recorded less than Ten Thousand died specifically from the virus. Let's assume that percentage holds til today and there's no reason to assume otherwise which amounts to Twenty Seven Thousand Five Hundred out of the Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand deaths recorded today. Covid may or may not be the deciding factor of those deaths we don't know because the government won't tell us but last year's averages do. We do know hospitals get government reimbursements for deaths that are covid related, they are businesses after all therefore its not hard to imagine if covid was present when someone died of heart disease, kidney failure etc. they listed it as a covid death and took the money but we have no idea if covid caused the deaths because they won't tell us. Studies have been conducted and its been found stay at home orders caused more harm than good, masks have been relatively ineffective in stoping the spread of covid. The same can be said for shuttering businesses and public spaces but selling the fear of covid transmission has been a goldmine for government Local and Federal as Congress issued Trillions to them to spend as they see fit and true to form Democrats have jumped on the crisis to line their pockets with money and legal authority over us (Blue States). It is undeniable that we have less personal freedoms because covid exists than before and the nature of authoritarian regimes like the Democrats are executing and enforcing is to limit personal freedoms and choice. They don't have much faith nor respect for personal choice because it interferes with their controlling us. When you're bullied do you run away or stand up to the bullies? The American motto is stand up and defend your rights. You may be fully grown chronologically but your ability to analyze facts and events is still on a juvenile level. If you believe that our government is using covid as an excuse in some greater sinister ploy or way to control people, i have one question for you. Why are you still here? If you think that our government is “out to get us” why would you stay in America? Why would you subject yourself to an “oppressive leadership” that you felt is exploiting you? Grow up.. stop listening to extremists.
